1. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, TNT, FedEx, and local courier networks.

Oversized or heavy items may be shipped with alternative freight providers depending on size and location.


2. Dispatch & Processing Times

Estimated dispatch timeframes are displayed at checkout based on product availability, order queue, and selected shipping method.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–10 business days once payment has cleared.

Delays may occur during:

  • Promotional periods
  • Public holidays
  • Peak demand

3. Order Status & Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive the parcel.

A shipping label being created indicates your order has been packed and is awaiting collection by the courier.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on order value and delivery location:

  • Under $199 β€” Standard AusPost β€” $14.95
  • $199 and over β€” Standard AusPost β€” FREE*
  • Any order β€” Express Post β€” $40.00

*Free shipping exclusions apply to bulky or heavy items.


5. Delivery Coverage

We ship Australia-wide.

For international orders, please contact our team prior to purchase.


6. Oversized & Bulky Items

Certain items may require specialised freight.

If additional freight charges apply, you will be contacted prior to dispatch for approval.


7. Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the courier:

  • Metro VIC & NSW: 1–4 business days
  • Non-Metro VIC & NSW: 3–7 business days
  • Metro SA, QLD, TAS & WA: 3–7 business days
  • Non-Metro SA, QLD, TAS & WA: 4–10 business days
  • Regional SA, QLD, NT & WA: 7–14 business days

Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, or operational issues outside our control.


8. Delivery & Authority to Leave

Deliveries may require a signature upon arrival.

If Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected or applied, the parcel may be left unattended.
Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier, Power Up Tools is not responsible for loss or theft.

We reserve the right to require signature on delivery for certain orders.


9. Freight Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

Power Up Tools is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit. However, we will assist by lodging investigations or claims where required.


10. Dangerous Goods

Some products (including lithium batteries) are classified as dangerous goods and may be subject to shipping restrictions or delays.


11. Returned Parcels (Non-Collection / Incorrect Details)

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Non-collection within the carrier timeframe
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
  • Refusal of delivery

A redelivery fee will apply:

$14.95 OR the actual freight cost (whichever is greater).

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact:
