6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: Orders are shipped via third-party carriers such as Australia Post, TNT/FedEx, or other courier services.
Delivery Timeframes: Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Risk & Liability: Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Power Up Tools is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party shipping providers. We will assist in lodging claims where required but do not guarantee outcomes.
Delivery Authority: By placing an order, you authorise delivery to the address provided. Where Authority to Leave is selected or applied, Power Up Tools is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation. Signature on delivery may be required at our discretion.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a restocking fee where applicable.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process.

Certain products, including lithium batteries, may be classified as dangerous goods and are subject to shipping restrictions. This may impact available shipping methods and delivery timeframes.

By purchasing restricted items (including but not limited to knives and similar products), you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and legally permitted to purchase such items in your state or territory.
We reserve the right to request valid identification (such as a driverβs licence or government-issued ID) to verify age and eligibility prior to processing or dispatch.
Failure to provide satisfactory identification may result in order delays, cancellation, or refund at our discretion.
